Right Managed license

Dear all,

I try to attribute RM licenses to some of my pictures using the batch editor ( I set up the license before) and link them to Alamy.

However I want to get rid off the download button but it is still there and I still have the RF license description ….

any ideas I think some people already set up something similar before

I think you would put a link to the image via the edit Image page in All Images

I am curious though, why would you want to get people to your site where they can purchase images and then send them somewhere else that will take most of the income and take months to pay you?

You might want to lose the Royalty free notice under the image if you are wishing to sell as rights managed

There is a Stock Plugin by ajotte I use. Here is the link. He has good detail on how to use it.

It removes the pricing chart, download, and license information and links it to Alamy.

Thanks for the replies. Great I ll try the plugin then:) the problem with RM is that symbiostock cannot calculate the price for each use, Alamy can and take a cut of course but this is the only way to sell RM so far

I forward my RM pics from Alamy, the RF ones I sell directly on Symbiostock

You could set up multiple options, say

one year, one country, £x
one year, one continent £x
One year, world wide £x
Other variations please contact me

Maybe put up a page with all the variations you can think of – inside page, full, page, quarter page , cover, cards, calendar, totally exclusive with prices and they contact you to arrange and pay?

yes good suggestion, it could be an option not sure how it would take to set up though I an have a try
I used the plugin but it does not remove the rf license under the picture, could not find how to remove it. By default ajotte do not have it http://ajotte.com/image/tools-on-white-2/ maybe it has to be changed on the CSS….

Are you using plrangs syxtra plugin? That might be the source of the rf wording under the picture

PS I was not nagging above just trying to find a more financially rewarding method 😀

ah yes stupid me I use this plugin:) Anyway not sure RM is easy to sell on this platform:)
