Order Processing Issue

Hi Everybody,

I am newbie for Symbiostock. I have a question about order processing.

I tried to order my image via my site and the Paypal payment went very well, no issue. However, my order is still in processing since today 4-Sep-15 at 15:42 UK time. Therefore, I have not got the image that I bought yet.

Ps – currently I am using BlueHost (shared hosting package)

Do you know what is the issue that cause this problem?

I have not configured a cron job since I am not familiar with it.
