Not all thumbnails are generated

Hi,
once I upload images to ftp server, not all thumbnails are generated.

I enabled error reporting, ran processor manually once and this is what it showed:

0 thumbnails regenerated

Memory at End: 28M

Memory Peak: 29M

Where do I start troubleshooting? I did try with reg. thumbnail plugin, didn’t help. Thanks!
