Jetpack fatal error

Hello. I had Jetpack installed on my site, but for some reason it stopped working.

So, I reinstalled it. It installed successfully.

When I tried to activate Jetpack, I got this error:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wpme_get_shortlink() (previously declared in /home2/snapvect/public_html/wp-content/plugins/stats/stats.php:1270) in /home2/snapvect/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/shortlinks.php on line 82

Any ideas on how I can fix this?
