Image Uploader Not Showing

I’ve setup a test site and cant for the life of me remember or find the solution to the problem where the image loader doesn’t show up, you get the error ‘You browser doesn’t have Flash, Silverlight, Gears, BrowserPlus or HTML5 support’

I’ve tried deactivating and reactivating the theme, but to still no joy, I’m sure there was a simple solution, Can anyone please point me in the right direction.

I think thats linked to upload directory. Use ftp for now.

Had to create the directories, but it all worked okay with FTP thanks.
