I’m curious to see how people are trying to promote their sites. Are you using social media or other outlets to get the word out? Do you feel SEO and linking to other sites in the network are/should be enough? Do you pay for clicks? If you use methods other than these, please share them if you’d like. besides those listed, I’ve been concentrating on creating backlinks to other sites — this approach has been raising both my sym & non sym sites in both google & alexa

As another idea Corina (ezeepics) recently offered us space on her site and I have so far added one image to test it out and she was kind enough to have something changed for me that I did not like, and will add more later when I get time.

I’ve found several articles online about changing your ping list. Here’s one:
I copied and pasted the large ping list and just updated my site. In your WordPress panel, go to settings>writing and scroll down to update services, then copy and paste in this list:
