Do you have the Professional plug-in? That is the first requirement, then:

    1. Create your new licences in WP EULA Page, publish and make a note of the URL

    2. Under Symbiostock – Licences
Choose type – Standard/Extended/Custom , give it a name, add the URL as per No. 1 and chose where it will go Over/Under/Etc
Click Yes, in the next line and for standard and Editorial licences add 00.00 in the additonal price boxes and whatever you wish to add for other licences.
Add a note in the next box to briefly describe the licence (this will appear in the pop-up when someone clicks on the little licence icon once published) – then click Save and you will have a new licence. You cannot edit this only delete and start again. Repeat as required for further licences. Save.

    3. Go to Symbiostock – Batch Edit
Enter keyword of images you wish to add licences to and click the Search box (NOT enter/return) and those images will show up. Either click the last number or select some by clicking on the images
Select the first option at the top – Settings & Prices
Scroll down to the bottom and select the licence(ses) you are going to add to that image
Click Save and hopefully those licences should now be added to your images

The defaults on this batch edit will be added to EVERY image you edit so it you have some with model releases etc do those separately and re-add the model/property release status

Is there a way already to pull up ALL images at once in the batch editor?

And are the licences already toggable?

Those two issues hold me back from adding ELs to my images.

    Thank you

Ok there is plugins, and I assume that some another useful also. Anyway, I tried Plugins -> Add New -> Search: Professional plug-in. No results.. is this Professional plug-in a real name of the plugin?

Ron – you can edit all images at once in Symbiostock (bee) Author options – but remember if you try and edit them all at once, using any format you will lose any release status/ratings everything reverts to defaults

For the moment anyway it is best to do any that have model releases, ratings, exclusivity separately/in category groups. It took me quite a while to do mine as I had a lot of redoing to do .

I do not understand “And are the licences already toggable?”

The extended licence can only be assigned in the bulk editor, and I need to know how to pull up all images in the bulk editor. Regardless of what I want to do, there is no way to pull up all images in the bulk editor, I think that needs to be fixed.

On the image page, Once I choose the extended licence there is no way of deselecting it again. Is that still true?

The extended licence can be applied to ALL images in Symbiostock (bee) Author options

Or, you can assign all your images a particular keyword, pull up all images with that keyword – assign licences to all images with that keyword (which probably will run out of memory) then delete that keyword (possibly)

Deselecting extended licence – I had not thought about that. Had a quick look and cannot find a way of deselecting licences without deleting them

Thanks, I will use the keyword workaround.

I mean the licence on the image page when you are going to buy an image. You cant toggle on and off a price once you selected it. You can only toggle it on, or toggle another price. Same goes for the extended licence. Once the extended licence is selected, you cant deselect it. Thats very annoying and confusing for a buyer. That needs to be sorted. Until then, I cant assign extended licences. Which is not good.

Try the keyword workaround on one or two images to start with to make sure you can remove them

Yes, you can deselect extended images if you are a customer – check out my (testing site) tulip.kerioak.com – dog images – not everything has extended licences

Use my main site instead – that also has a guest account you can use

Sorry l dont, understand, remove what? I dont have to remove images, nor keywords. I will use the keyword batcheditor, no one will ever search for that. LOL

Just tried your licences, that works like a charm. Going to put them on my images now as well.

I meant remove the keyword that you use to find your images, I think I used aaaa – you can use batcheditor to remove keywords
