Error: huge number of EXIF entries – EXIF is probably Corrup

Hello,
I am trying to get my new site configured and this is what happens. I can download images just fine. I have done images from 1 mb to 8 mb with all types of names. after I check them and hit the process to draft button, they all process just fine except this error comes back at the top of the process images screen “Error: huge number of EXIF entries – EXIF is probably Corrupted”. It comes back 5 times for each image updated so if I have uploaded 4 images at once. it puts it there 20 times. Here is what one processed image leaves:

Using ImageMagick (exec enabled). • info: Image Processing

Again, this was a 1 mp image named test.jpg It has processed just fine but something must be wrong.
