buyer bought large size, but got small….

The following problem occured:

A buyer purchased the image on my symbio site (stock.photocreo.com). Large size (the biggest possible which was 5000×5000). Unfortunately for some unknown reasons the image he downloaded was 1024×1024…
I had to send him the image in the size he bought by e-mail…

What may have gone wrong with my symbio site ?

I have tried registering with your site but have not yet received the password – I see you are still using 2.6.5 – does the Professional Plug in (which I guess you must have because of the licences) work with this version ?

I finally got rid of the clean theme.
Please take a look at my site now. It’s updated to the newest version of symbiostock. How can I check if now the downloading process goes fine ?
