Hello,
I am interested in Symbiostock since it has features I am looking for.
I would consider to buy a Premium Bundle Deal which is $159. However, I have a moment of doubts:
First of all, there is no support available on one to one basis. Support is only available via forums. I understand that it will streamline the process if someone has a similar problem. But it means that I have to go over support pages to get an answer to my issue. This is quite cumbersome.
Secondly, I don’t know if the plug-in is always updated continuously. There is a thread on this forum about
“Sustainability of Symbiostock & Paid Model”. I am not sure if the plug-in is still going to be available or updated in the near future? And how is paid model going to be?
Thirdly, I don’t know about the refund policy. There are no words about it on the website.
I will appreciate if someone who has paid and used the plugin can give me a clue here. Thanks.
