Thanks for the updates and for the last version of Symbiostock.
Could you please tell me what the last version of Symbiostock Express is? How can I upgrade it?

July 20, 2018 at 9:03 pm #32671Hi Robin,
Thanks for your reply.
There is no another option to have more disk capacity?
It is really hard for me because it would mean going from paying 80 USD to paying 270 USD a year.
More taking in account that my website is not really selling…May 3, 2018 at 7:58 pm #32386Certainly linked to the described problem, when I click the “Licenses” tab in any product admin, it keeps charging…
May 3, 2018 at 7:50 pm #32385It seems to be working correctly now. But, let me try via uploader form again to see if it persits 😉
Thanks
April 27, 2018 at 5:10 am #32355I have just uploaded the same image again via FTP (not via uploader) and everything seems OK now. I sent the first one with problems to the trash.
Thanks everybody.
April 27, 2018 at 4:54 am #32354Thanks Chrisroll, I’m going to see. This is happening only to my last uploaded image, all the others have no problem with this!
April 26, 2018 at 10:56 pm #32352Thanks, I have just checked and it was already unchecked
September 26, 2016 at 9:48 pm #28209OK, thanks Robin. Could you please tell us when to upgrade to this Woocommerce version?
July 5, 2016 at 11:03 pm #27103Hi Robin,
1. I unchecked “Grant access to downloadable products after payment” and everything is OK now: The order receipt (first email) does not show a download link and refreshing the Checkout page does not show it neither.
2. Bluehost did not give me a solution regarding the processor (disappointing support). I had to manually activate the processor. After this, the order was completed and the email was sent with a correct download link.
3. The quality of the downloaded image is OK again, even if I don’t know why this was failing.
4. Waiting for your new hosting solution.
Thanks
July 4, 2016 at 10:11 pm #27072Thanks a lot Robin, I’m going to contact Bluehost to try to fix this
July 4, 2016 at 8:11 pm #27060After refreshing the Checkout page in the order details, I obtain the download link too
July 4, 2016 at 8:03 pm #27058The order appears as “Processing”, but I obtain the download link by email.
By clicking this download link in the email, I get the “Not found page”.
July 4, 2016 at 7:27 pm #27056Thanks Robin,
I disabled the ZIP file option and ordered a small jpg image to test again.
The order appears as “processing” with no change.
The name of the link is 0dffff.media
and the resulting URL is http://www.illustratoons.com/7473-7474-eps which gives me a Not found page
July 4, 2016 at 5:13 pm #27048Hi Robin,
Thanks for your reply
My answers to your questions:
1. Are you letting the cron job process the order yourself?
Yes, I think so
2. How are you getting the download link?
By email and after “some refreshing” I have it in the Checkout page too.
3. Are you completing the order yourself or letting the processor do it?
The orders appear as “Processing”, but they don’t seem to go through the completion process.
Here my parameters:
1. Auto-Complete Orders : Checked
2. Strip Metadata : Checked
3. Deliver media as ZIP files : Checked
